No, you place an online order as a guest or you can register for an account so you don’t need to re-enter your details for future orders.
Yes, an account verification is required. Once you have entered your e-mail address in our sign-up page, an e-mail will be sent to you with a link provided. Simply follow the link and your account is verified. You will then be able to change your password or update any account details.
Yes, if you currently:
- Hold an existing qualification on a previous nail, hair or beauty course OR
- Have a tax invoice/enrolment form paid for a current nail, hair or beauty course OR
- Operate a nail, hair or beauty salon with a current Business Registration Certifcate (an ABN number is not enough to prove this).

Yes, if the goods are not yet opened or used. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy area for the exchange process.
If you are unsure of a dip colour that you have received, please do not open the lid and contact us for more help - we will help you determine whether if the colour is right for you. Once opened, the return or exchange is no longer accepted.
All return claims must be made within 30 days of date of purchase. You must contact American Beauty Supply (Aust.) for authorisation before returning any items/orders to us. The following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused with all original packaging intact.
- You are liable for any postage costs in returning any items to us.
- Clearance items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if any items were damaged in transit. You will be required to supply photo evidence of the damages.
- Refunds and exchanges will exclude the freight cost (paid by you) if your order was under $150.

Please allow 1-5 business days for refunds to be processed.
After payment is made, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Total length of delivery thereafter varies depending on your location and delivery method chosen, though it is usually 1-5 business days. If the order is urgent, we highly recommend choosing the Express Postage option via the checkout page, and we will accomodate by choosing the best and fastest courier service that we offer in your area.
If your order is taking longer than expected and you have double checked on your tracking details to see where your order is, then please refer to our contact details and one of our team can assist you right away. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery before contacting us.
Yes, we provide transit cover for all orders until delivered. This includes any orders that are lost in transit as declared by the carrier or damaged items (including leaked items) that are received in this condition. You will need to contact us with photos of the product(s) in question within 48 hours to be eligible for compensation.

Using SNS Products
Yes, we source all SNS products directly from SNS Manufacturing Facilities in Orlando, USA.
All SNS products are intended for professional use, so specific product training and knowledge is required to use SNS products.
You can find them through our product pages and descriptions. A step-by-step instruction phamplet on how to use Gelous Colours are provided for every single order. Please contact us if you have any other specific questions on using SNS products.
Gelous Base is only required when applying any Gelous Dipping Colours or any other SNS coloured dip powders.
Gel Base is used for only French dip applications or any powders within the Pink, White & Clear range on it's own (without any Gelous Colours).
Each SNS powder are set in differently, so therefore, you cannot combine Gelous Base and Gel Base in different applications.
After every application, we strongly recommend wiping off every brush with a clean paper towel.
At the end of the day, always clean the neck of the bottle inside and out with a paper towel damped with pure acetone. We also recommend to maintaining brushes with SNS Brush Saver regularly after each use.
Your SNS bottle may have been hardened or thickened up due to incorrect use.
As always, we strongly recommend to wipe your brush off with a paper towel after each stroke of application. Failure to do so will cause product contamination where the brush is exposed to the powder and onto other products when applied on the nails. This causes the product to thicken up, and then hardened up over time.
Another suggestion to prevent this issue is by applying drops of SNS Gel Thinner into the thickened product to help thin down the product. We also recommend using SNS Brush Saver if the brush has hardened up and requires to be softened again.
If the thickness has been left unattended over time, then it is too late for the product to recover. Instead, we suggest to start again with a brand new bottle.
If a SNS product is labelled as pre-bonded, it means no EA Bond is required for the application. Therefore, application time is reduced significantly.
SNS Dipping Powders are safe to use, and consists of organically processed chemicals of Benzoyl Peroxide and Acrylic Ester Polymer.
Most yellowing comes from tanning, bleach, being out the sun (exposed to UV rays) and/or from the hand lotion you are using.
Before any Gel Base application, make sure to remove excess cuticles by sanding well and make sure to never apply the Gel Base over the cuticle. Try to keep everything a hairline away from the cuticle.
The nail is not thick enough at stress points. To prevent this, use a minimum of four coats for medium length nails and young clients. For long nails, use a minimum of five coats. In the last layer, always dip into SNS Natural Set Sheer to strengthen the nail, and always ensure to dip into SNS Natural Set as your first foundation layer.
No, SNS recommends that you do not refill any Gelous Colours. It is much healthier for the nails if you soak the old Gelous Colour off and start the process from the beginning.
Side 1 is used for clients with less curvy nails. Side 2 is used for clients with more curvy nails.
To remove SNS Manicures, the first step is to sand off the shine of the Gel Top on all 10 nails. Next, you can either use foil or nail soak off clips with cotton balls and Acetone or soak the nails in Acetone for 10 minutes and then wipe them off with a paper towel.
SNS does our best to make sure our images depict the actual colour accurately. The finished colour on a nail is best shown by the nail image, not by the powder colour in the jar. We cannot guarantee or promise that the colour is the same due to screen variability among computer monitors, laptops and phone screens.
If you’re unhappy with the colour you’ve received, not a problem. Simply return the item unopened and in original condition for an exchange or 100% refund. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been opened or used.
There are a few steps you can take to ensure this never happens again but please DO NOT try to force the bottles open. Our bottles are made of glass and may cause injuries if they're forced or opened improperly.
To ensure your bottles last as long as possible, follow these steps:
- Before storing any SNS bottle, make sure you clean each bottle neck well with a paper towel and acetone. This will help you prevent product buildup around the bottle neck which could your product difficult to open.
- SAFETY RECOMMENDATION: If your bottle is glued shut and you are unable to open it, we recommend soaking it in hot water for 10-15 minutes, and then removing the bottle from the hot water with a hand towel. If you are still unable to open your bottles, please DO NOT try to force them open.
- It is important to wipe your brush (on a paper towel) after each nail application.
