SHIPPING
SNS Nails Australia is currently shipping within Australia only for online orders.

FREE standard shipping for online orders of non-bulky items over $150* within Australia.
*Some exclusions include: bulky items, over-sized cartons, dangerous goods, some remote rural areas, international countries. Orders for bulky items or dangerous goods may still be sent but may incur additional freight charges. If this is the case, SNS Nails Australia will contact you before shipping.

Shipping times usually takes 1-5 business days, but SNS Nails Australia is not responsible for our contracted couriers not delivering orders within this time frame.

Our couriers may require a signature upon delivery. If orders are returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Once an online order is made and payment is accepted, the order cannot be amended or cancelled online. If you require to cancel or make any changes to your order, please call us ASAP before the order is typically processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from SNS Nails Australia are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

WARRANTY
SNS Nails Australia offer a back-to-base warranty in which we will not be liable for any freight costs associated warranty claims. Warranty does not cover any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misuse, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, or tempering.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All claims must be made within 14 days of date of purchase. You must contact SNS Nails Australia for authorisation before returning any items/orders to us. The following conditions must be met:
– Items must be unused with all original packaging intact.
– You are liable for any postage costs in returning any items to us.
– Clearance items cannot be returned.
– You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if any items were damaged in transit. You will be required to supply photo evidence of the damages.
– Refunds will exclude the freight cost if your order was under $150.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All prices include GST.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
SNS Nails Australia reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to any pricing errors.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND LIABILITY
SNS Nails Australia and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, SNS Nails Australia does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SNS Nails Australia itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All our products are intended for professional use. Product knowledge and adequate training should be obtained before using any products. SNS Nails Australia reserve the right to cancel any orders and provide a refund without reasons.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to SNS Nails Australia or to products you purchase through SNS Nails Australia shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in NSW Australia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate SNS Nails Australia’s intellectual property rights, SNS Nails Australia may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of NSW Australia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
